Despite there being four cars in the parking lot, the front door unlocked, lights on, and jackets hanging in the front room, there was absolutely nobody around. We shouted, walked around the building, and waited. We tried calling the factory's phone number on the website, but it's been disabled. The main office in Quinnesec didn't answer their phone. After 20 minutes we gave up and went home.
