This is disgusting. You don’t treat people like criminals when they are in distress. These thugs need to be stopped before it gets any worse.
I had a family member driving to the UP from Virginia, and her car broke down. She calls the Florence Sheriff for help, but when they get there, instead of helping, they perform a breathalyzer test and treat her like a criminal (passed breathalyzer).
